- The Chorale Director is the artistic director of the Chorale
- The Chorale Manager reports to the Chorale Director.
- All Department Managers report to the Chorale Manager.
- All Team Leaders report to their Department Managers.
- Team Members are listed under the Team Leader and report to their Team Leader.
- Members of a Team's Volunteer Pool are not team members but are persons the Team Leaders may call upon for help.
- When additional help is needed, Team Leaders may also call upon their Department's Volunteer Pool members.
